Students
Every child, their guardians, their class and their history. Admission numbers are generated for you and printed on everything.
Attendance
Marked per class, per day, in a couple of taps. Term totals carry straight onto the report card, so nobody counts anything twice.
Assessments
Continuous assessment and exams, weighted your way. Teachers enter marks, a head approves them, and only then do parents see anything.
Fees
Invoices per term, payments in cash or mobile money, receipts a parent can open on a phone. Arrears are visible before they become a problem.
Lessons
A weekly planner for lesson notes, exercises and assignments — with what has been marked and what has not.
Parent portal
Parents see their own children only: attendance, published results, fee balance and homework. Nothing else.
