Access to Lytical SMS for your school: students, staff, classes, attendance, assessments, report cards, fees, lessons, a public website and portals for parents and students.

A school pays per term, priced by how many students it actively teaches. Graduates keep their records but stop counting, so a school that shrinks pays less at once. A school that grows moves up at the next term, never in the middle of one.

Every plan includes every feature. Bands differ only by size.

Each term is invoiced when it starts. Payment is by cash, mobile money or bank transfer, and we record it against your account.

A school that has not paid keeps working through a grace period we agree with you. Past that, we may pause the account — your records are kept in full and everything returns the moment the balance is settled.

Your records remain yours. We hold them to run the service, we never sell them, and you can export them at any time. See our privacy page for the detail.

Keep sign-in details to the people they belong to, enter accurate information, and do not use the service to break the law or to hold data you have no right to hold.

A school may leave at the end of any term it has paid for. We would only end an account for non-payment or serious misuse, and we would tell you first.

If these terms or our prices change, we tell schools before the change takes effect — never in the middle of a term you have already paid for.
