Privacy

A school’s records belong to the school, not to us. We hold them so the software works, and for no other purpose. We do not sell them, share them, or use them to advertise anything.

Whatever a school enters: students and their guardians, staff, classes, attendance, marks and report cards, fee records, lesson material, and the content of the school’s public website.

We also keep sign-in records — who signed in, when, and from what address — so a school can see who did what.

Children do not sign up here. A school enrols a pupil, and a parent is given access by the school. Neither can create an account themselves, and we never contact a child directly.

Our staff can open a school to help with a problem — classes, students, results, timetables. Every visit is written into that school’s own audit log, so it is never a silent one.

We can never see a school’s fees, invoices or payments. That is enforced in the software itself, not by a promise.

On servers we rent, with each school’s data separated at the database level so one school can never read another’s. Passwords are hashed and cannot be read by anyone, including us.

A school that leaves can export its records. We keep nothing we do not need, and a school that closes its account can ask us to delete what remains — subject to any records it is legally obliged to keep.
